About Us
Hi, I’m Kate – a flower gardener and florist based in Orange, New South Wales. What started as a small passion project in 2021 has blossomed into The Slow Flower Co., a business dedicated to creating naturally dried floral designs that are both sustainable and timeless.
The name The Slow Flower Co. reflects how I grow and work with flowers in a seasonal and mindful way. I love bringing dainty, whimsical floral designs to life using flowers grown in my own garden. All flowers are carefully harvested at their prime, prepared, and naturally dried to ensure the best quality and longevity— all without using chemicals or artificial preservatives. While I grow the majority of my flowers, I’m also fortunate to be surrounded by incredible local flower growers who provide me with the freshest, highest-quality blooms when I need additional stock.
