Welcome to The Slow Flower Co. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products

All our products are naturally dried florals, handmade and seasonal. As such, slight variations in colour, size, and arrangement are to be expected. No two bouquets or items will be exactly the same.

2. Orders

  • Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment

For online orders, payment must be made in full, via our website, at the time of ordering. For custom quotes, an invoice will be provided with payment details. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. 

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Australia except for WA, NT and TAS. We can not ship internationally. 

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of dried flowers, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However:

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

7. Floral Orders

Orders containing floral products are non-refundable so please review your order details carefully before submitting. If there is a damaged or faulty item or you believe there has been an error with your order, please contact us here.

8. Allergies & Safety

Dried florals may contain natural allergens or pose a fire risk near open flames. Keep arrangements out of reach of children and pets, and away from heat sources.

9. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and content on this website are the property of The Slow Flower Co. and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
