Due to the delicate and handmade nature of our dried florals, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We take great care in preparing and packaging each item, but understand that occasionally issues may arise.
Non-Returnable Items
Bouquets, wreaths, bunches, and any product containing flowers cannot be returned. These items are fragile and delicate and cannot be re-sold.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
Please contact us at theslowflowerco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement, credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If we’ve made a mistake with your order, we sincerely apologise! Please let us know within 48 hours and we’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
